I would say that the combat is very easy one-on-one. The areas you visit are magnificent, and the creatures themselves are unique and difficult to control. It was enough to take up a lot of my time each day, but it was not too overwhelming that I felt like there was little time to explore the world.Īnd what a fantastic world it is. The farming was mostly done to satisfy side quests from the adorable Kiki, or for acquiring enough coins to purchase the extremely expensive gear available in the game. The majority of my time in the game was questing and defeating monsters to obtain the resources necessary to better equip my cat for future adventures. In terms of farming and RPG mechanics, the game draws heavily on the latter. My response throughout the interview confirms many of my feelings on the subject, but let’s focus on that here.

Whatever The Seasons or Garden Story, anything that blends farming and role playing mechanics is almost a instant win, according to me.
